Tumors in cheek and oral commissure are not uncommon free flaps more acceptable solutions for large defects after tumor excision. Flap inset as the last stage of surgery reconstruction has its importance. Aesthetically, flap usually is what patient expects, due to or bizarre shapes. Every deformity this area significant unpleasant. There numerous refinement inset.
